About us
The group was formed in 1999 when it was decided to try a different direction for a display. This lead to the reconstruction of a casualty clearing post.
Over the next year or so, one member began researching the medical services and decided that it was viable to put together a group which would represent a Hauptverbandplatz or HVP - literally a main dressing station.
Since then we have gone from strength to strength, with a display of a medical post second to none including an ambulance, surgical equipment, medicaments - the list is long.
We are unique within WWII living history in that we are the only group dedicated solely to the portrayal of the medical services.
