Sanitätskasten

This type of medical supply chest was especially found in artillery batteries or larger elements of infantry. The wooden case is similar to that used in WW1 and contains general medical equipment (mainly medicines and bandaging) which were used by all medical units behind the front lines. The box has 2 removable trays (IV and V) which can be hooked on each side for easy access. The contents included:
